When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands?
Yes
we deliver UK-wide. Please note that remote areas including Northern Ireland
and islands may have extended delivery times of 2–3 additional working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we deliver to UK addresses only. We're working on international shipping and will announce when it's available.
