Processing Times
Orders placed before 1:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order total exceeds £50.
Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to remote areas, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, and other off-mainland locations may take an additional 2–3 working days.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Parcels not collected within the depot's holding period may be returned to us, and redelivery charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@falguninternational.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
