Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@falguninternational.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement
